Intervals is a segmented running app. You listen to your music and your run is broken up into entertaining segments. Instead of just a boring 30 minute the app breaks it up into sprinting, jogging, walking, and other various exercises such as squats and pushups.
This app was created because I found running to be incredibly boring and found ways to entertain myself. By using this I kept my interest in running and now you can too.
Interval contains many programs (with more to come) that vary the intensity of exercise that will suit from beginner to seasoned runners so its suitable for people beginning to run and people who have been running for years.
The app is super easy to use on the go, the design has been centred around using it while out.
